Based in the UK, A Chef for All Seasons is a temporary chef recruitment specialist with decades of combined hospitality experience.

Their team helps hotels, restaurants, and contract caterers find high-quality chefs at short notice. What sets them apart is their deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience, having worked in kitchens themselves.

They already had a website from QED that reflected their professionalism while being easy for busy hospitality managers to use. Our SEO would elevate it further.

The Challenge


When A Chef for All Seasons first launched, they had a stylish new website but only a basic SEO framework in place.

Google was indexing their pages, keyword rankings were low, and traffic was close to minimal.

Without visibility, the site wasn’t reaching potential clients or chefs looking for work.

The challenge was to build a solid SEO setup that would help them compete in a highly competitive hospitality recruitment sector.

The Solution


Our approach began with establishing the essential technical groundwork for SEO. We connected the site to Google Search Console and GA4, ensuring accurate performance tracking.

Then we carried out keyword research focused on hospitality recruitment and temporary chef searches.

We reviewed every page’s structure to align with SEO best practices. As each page was already built with one clear H1 heading, followed by logical H2 and H3 sections as part of our design, it was more about ensuring keywords were present.

We added relevant keywords naturally within headings and body content, and implemented internal links between service pages to help Google understand the site’s hierarchy.

The site was also optimised for speed, accessibility, and mobile use. Our sustainable web design approach ensured the site remained lightweight, fast-loading, and easy to maintain.
